Customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to product handling, hygiene standards, and limited production items, we provide Refund & Return service only under specific conditions.

📦 Eligibility for Return & Refund

You may request a return/refund if:

âś” You received an incorrect item or wrong size than ordered
âś” You received a product with manufacturing defects

❌ Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

To maintain product hygiene and quality, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Used, washed, or worn products

  • Products without original packaging or tags

  • Items damaged due to customer handling

  • Discounted, sale, or promotional items

  • Items with perfume, stains, sweat, or stretch marks

All return/refund requests must be made within:
đź•’ 48 hours of receiving the product

Requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted.

📸 Proof Required

To process your claim, you must provide:

  • Clear pictures or video of the product received

  • Proof of defect, damage, or wrong item

đź“Ś Without proof, the request cannot be processed.

đź’° Refund Method

Once the return request is approved and product is received in its original condition:

  • Refund will be issued via store credit or the original payment method (based on eligibility and approval)

  • Refund processing time: 5–14 business days

đź“Ť Shipping charges are non-refundable.

đźšš Return Shipping

  • If the mistake is from FastApparel’s side (wrong product, defect, damage), we will bear the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to customer reason, customer must bear return shipping charges.

⚠️ Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before dispatch.
Once the parcel is shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
